Bishop Thomas Grant School was inspected by Ofsted in February 2025 and judged to be Outstanding in all five areas of the inspection: The quality of education; Behaviour and attitudes; Personal development; Leadership and management and Sixth-form provision.

In January 2024, Bishop Thomas Grant School was inspected by the Archdiocese of Southwark. This inspection acknowledged the many wonderful things which go on at our school, and it's very distinctive ethos.
